Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Purpose
The following terms and conditions of sale detail the rights and obligations of Laura Atack EI (Entreprise Individuelle) (Siret Number: 802 540 872 00024 ) and apply to all transactions concluded through the website www.encouragingparents.com .

Is considered as a "customer" any individual or legal entity placing an order with this site and validated via payment to us.
Article n° 2 : Order
Any order placed on this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3 : Prices
The prices displayed are prices excluding taxes in euros. Taking into account article 293B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable.
Laura Atack EI, the service provider, reserves the right to modify their prices at any time, it being however understood that the price appearing on the sales page on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
Article 4 : Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay directly on the website. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or via Paypal.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal, cancellation of services
In accordance with the provisions of Article 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the user cannot exercise his right of withdrawal insofar as, by confirming his reservation, he subscribes to a "provision of services which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific period".
Cancellation at the customer's initiative:
No event is refundable. In case of cancellation in advance (more than 48 hours), we will offer you the possibility to participate in another event of the same type, at the same rate. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, we will not be able to offer a new workshop and all monies paid will be retained by the service provider.
Cancellation at the initiative of the service provider:
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop in case of unavailability of a speaker. The customer will be offered a date for a new workshop on the same theme.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop if less than 6 people/couples have registered. The customer will be offered a refund.

Article 7 - Liability
We cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as disruption of services, loss of data, intrusion, viruses or other unintended problems.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the customer's person or property during a workshop.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of objects and personal effects incurred by the customer.
Article 8 - Personal data
The information and personal data collected on the website www.encouragingparents.com is reserved for the use of Laura Atack, EI.
In accordance with the law "informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978 amended, the customer has the right to access, correct and delete his personal data.

Article 9 - Intellectual property
The www.encouragingparents.com website and its content are protected by application of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and all applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.

Article 10 - Mediation
In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, they shall endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Customer shall send a written complaint to the Manufacturer's Customer Relations Department or to the Seller's). In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Customer within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the French Consumer Code may, if a disagreement persists, refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators drawn up by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (Commission for the Evaluation and Monitoring of Consumer Mediation) pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely :
