About the Event

  • Are you fed up with the constant "I need/just one more.." every evening? 
  • Does even the thought of starting the bedtime routine make you feel stressed ? 

This workshop is for you. We will be sharing practical solutions you can implement in your home stright away that will help your child fall sleep more easily, stay asleep for longer and result in a more restful, restoring sleep for the whole family.

I've teamed up with Munira from Neurobics Kids -  a former teacher and Sensory Specialist.

We will give you tools to make your evenings smooth and improve sleep for the whole family  -  Brain-based, heart led parenting techniques you can use straight away.
